You can request a return or exchange within 60 days of your item's delivery, including sale items and Last Chance designs. Items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Gift cards are excluded; see our full return policy for all conditions and exceptions.
To request a return, sign in to your customer account using the email address used for your purchase. Open your order and select the return option. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is free, with no restocking fees.
